Day 90 - The 'I'm a Dick' Incident

Chino woke up this morning at 11:00, Staggie had already been up nice and early this morning and spent it with Declan, Lynda, Ally and Aj. Chino didn't take long to realise that most of his upper body was covered in pen, the words; 'I'm a Dick' written on his arm. He couldn't quite remember much after AJ's arrival last night and was questioning what he may have done to deserve it, 'did he embarrass himself?', he got pretty scared.

After a long shower and one more moment to try and remember last night after 00:00, he headed into the lounge.  Staggie had a grin and showed passed the camera, a nice, cheeky video of Chino asleep on the sofa covered in pen. Staggie's idea (of course) last night was to draw on Chino who was fast asleep, passed out on the sofa. Lynda, Declan and AJ all joined in with the banter. Ally also fell asleep and became a victim to it all too. Was a funny night, Chino was relieved he had only passed out, before going to bed after a countless amount of times Lynda asked him too, was a good night.

Chaggie spent most of the day at the farm today, chilling out with the family. We played a game of 'Buzz' against Ally and Lynda, all getting very into it. We had lunch with them all before setting off at 16:00, was a great couple of days with them all, very good people who treated us to a lot. We owe them a lot of booze!

Phill wanted to see his Uncle Brian one more time quickly before leaving further up north, unfortunately he wasn't in so Phill was forced to leave a note. We carried on our journey towards Napier, unfortunately we couldn't stop off at the Rugby Museum either due to it being closed.

The drive to Napier was a good one, was fantastic weather, good roads, no traffic, nice scenery and Chaggie were in good moods. Lots of banter. We stopped off for Petrol in Dannevirk and got to YHA Backpackers in Napier at 18:30. We were expecting a 4-6 dorm but were given a twin, we didn't complain, it was just for one night. Napier was a scorching 30 degrees this evening, we spent most of it chilling out, watching comedy and sport on our laptops. We forgot about having dinner.

Chaggie x
