The Christmas period was now over after an enjoyable few days with the Stagg family in Nelson. Most of the family had now left, so Chaggie, after a late wake up set off to a place called Hawkes Point at 12pm.
Hawkes Point is a viewing point about an hour away from Kaiteriteri which over looked Motueka and the surrounding areas. The view was pretty spectacular showing the amazing scenery which the area can certainly boast about.
With some family still at Eleanor's in Motueka, Chaggie decided to head off back there at around 14.00. Pip, Andreas and their kids Christopher and Paige were still there and would be untill Jan 2nd.
Chaggie spent the rest of the day with them, sharing a laugh or two with everyone and enjoying some lovely food for dinner, a curry made by Phillipa using left over Christmas food!
Staggie made sure that the cricket was also on the telly as England were close to retaining the Ashes, so he made sure he didn't miss much, luckerly Eleanor has Sky Sport!
Today wasn't the most productive but some more quality time was spent with the Stagg family which Staggie was pleased with!
Chaggie x
